Start of revocation

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB, you can revoke your contractual declaration within one month without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or – if you leave the item before the deadline expires – by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods to the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 para. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.

In order to safeguard the cancellation period, the timely dispatch of the revocation or the object is sufficient. The revocation shall be directed to:

Revocation sequences

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received on both sides are to be recovered and, where appropriate, to issue withdrawn uses (e.g. interest). If you are unable to recover the received performance completely or partially, or only in a deteriorated state, you may have to us in this respect. Make value. This does not apply in the case of the transfer of goods if the deterioration of the goods is due exclusively to their examination, as would have been possible for you in the shop. By the way, you can avoid the obligation to substitute value for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item like your property and refrain from anything that affects its value. Package-delivery items are sent back to our danger. You must bear the costs of return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have not yet delivered the return or a contractually agreed partial payment at a higher price of the goods at the time of revocation. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Non-packaged items will be picked up with you. Payments must be made within 30 days. The deadline begins for you with the dispatch of your cancellation statement or the item, for us with their reception.

In the case of goods which are made according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs or which are not suitable for return due to their nature, there is no right of withdrawal in accordance with § 312 d BGB.
